What is the return policy?
Our policy lasts 14 days. If more than 14 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer refunds or exchanges.
To be eligible for return, your item must be unused and in the condition you received it. It must also be in its original packaging accompanied by the return slip.
Shipping costs associated with returning your item are your responsibility. They are not refundable.
Refund :
Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to let you know that we have received the returned item. We will also let you know if your refund is approved or denied.
If approved, your refund is then processed and your credit card or original payment method is automatically credited within a few days.
Exchange :
We only replace items that are initially defective or damaged. If you need to replace yours with the same item, email us at boutique.kalya@outlook.com
When will I receive my order?
The expected delivery date for your order is indicated in the purchase confirmation.
It is necessary to assume a delay of 5 days (for France) between placing the order and receipt. But this may vary depending on the delivery location.
How can I make changes to an order already placed?
The changes you can make to an order vary depending on the processing status of the items. If an item is processed, you cannot delete the item or adjust the quantity, but you can modify unprocessed items and add products to the order, by emailing us at boutique.kalya@outlook.com
